  • Guest：It was one of the worst hotels we have ever stayed at. We came around midnight due to our flight delayed, and literally, there was no one to help us with our luggage. It was around 3 o clock at night. Then, upon checking in, the A/C wasn't working, and we called 2 3 times, but no one came to help us. It felt we could not breathe, but there was air humifaour, which helped us. There was literally dust, and it felt like the rooms were rotten. Sorry, but with this big brand, the management had to look upon themselves. We checked out and moved to another hotel as we had no intentions of staying there.
